The family of a man fatally shot in Manchester has expressed their “devastation” at his passing. Saturday at 14:00 GMT, 32-year-old Zikel Bobmanuel died from gunshot wounds in Welland Street, Openshaw.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have arrested a 33-year-old man on murder suspicion following the “targeted” attack. They have also asked local motorists and residents with dashcams, CCTVs, or doorbell cameras to contact the GMP as they search for a second man believed to have fled the scene in a vehicle.
